To use SooSL on the web, go to https://web.soosl.net in an ordinary browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox). You will see SooSL Web's startup screen:
Several dictionaries are available. Click one from the list. When you are first learning SooSL, a good one to choose is the "SooSL Demo Dictionary (ASL-English-Español-Français)", because it shows what SooSL can do. Most of the examples in this help file are from that demo database.
You can use these dictionaries but you can't change them. If you want to make or change a dictionary, you must use SooSL Desktop.
SooSL Web also offers private dictionaries, which are normally hidden. After you get permission to use a private dictionary, you will see it in the list also.
